ENERGY AND CLIMATE PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL DECLARATIONS
For organizations, we prepare greenhouse gas emission inventories and carbon footprint calculations.
We also offer our own, internally developed calculator as a standalone solution for the continuous monitoring, reporting, and management of emissions.
Calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions according to the GHG Protocol
Analysis of the main emission sources and identification of opportunities for their reduction
Establishment of a database and documented emission factors for continuous emission monitoring

We assess the environmental impacts of products throughout their entire life cycle – from raw materials and production to use and end-of-life – and prepare the basis for their reduction and transparent communication of the results.
Preparation of life cycle assessments (LCA) according to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 and calculation of product carbon footprint according to ISO 14067
Development of environmental product declarations (EPDs) and support in the independent verification process according to ISO 14025 and, for construction products, EN 15804
Identification of key environmental impacts and recommendations for product optimization and emissions reduction
CRVA
We use our own internally developed tool for the calculation of climate risks.
Climate and environmental risks are analyzed using the CRVA methodology (Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment), which identifies potential acute and chronic hazards, such as temperature stress, floods, fires, storms, droughts, and landslides, and their possible impacts on activities, locations, long-term assets, and future projects.
The analysis is conducted in accordance with the requirements of CSRD, ESRS E1, the EU Taxonomy, and the EIB's Climate Proofing Guidelines, and covers the assessment of exposure, vulnerability, and risk levels, as well as the definition of appropriate adaptation measures. The results serve to demonstrate climate resilience and compliance with the "do no significant harm" principle, and to integrate climate risks into risk management and investment decision-making.

TRANSITION RISKS AND PLANS
TRANSITION RISK ASSESSMENT
• Assessment of climate transition risks according to NGFS scenarios, including regulatory, market, technological, and reputational risks.
• Preparation of studies in accordance with CSRD and ESRS E1, while linking results with climate risk heat maps in banks.
• Integration of findings into prudential risks, including credit risk, collateral risk, concentration risk, operational risk, and strategic risk.
• The results are used for portfolio exposure assessment, sectoral segmentation, defining mitigation measures, and strengthening the risk management system.
TRANSITION PLAN
• Development of comprehensive transition plans aligned with CSRD, ESRS E1, and for financial institutions according to CRD Art. 76(2)
• Defining emission reduction pathways, investments, and necessary measures
• Development of an implementation plan and KPIs for monitoring execution
